We have written it in plain language on purpose. If anything here is unclear, contact our Grievance Officer using the details in section 11.

The app asks for camera permission so it can read the QR code on a HomeRox cable box. The camera image is processed on your phone to read the code. We do not store or upload photographs or video from your camera. If you refuse camera permission you can still type the code by hand.
By registering and using the app you consent to the processing described here. Where an item is marked optional above, you can use the app without giving it.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by deleting your account (section 9) or by contacting our Grievance Officer. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that already happened lawfully, and it will end your participation in the loyalty programme, including any unredeemed points.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only where it is needed to run the programme, and only to the extent needed:
These partners are required to protect your data and may use it only for the task we give them.

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect your data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration and loss. These include encryption of data in transit over HTTPS, access controls limiting which staff can see personal data, and OTP-based sign-in rather than stored passwords.
No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required by law.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you have the right to:
You can update your name, city and photo yourself in the app under Profile. For anything else, contact our Grievance Officer. We will respond within [30] days.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
You can delete your account and personal data in either of these ways:
Deleting your account removes your profile, contact details and photo, and forfeits any unredeemed points. Records we are legally required to retain are described in section 6. We will confirm deletion within [30] days.
The app is intended for working electricians and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. Where the law requires verifiable parental consent for a user under 18, we will not process that data without it.
