You can delete your HomeRox Loyalty App account and the personal data attached to it at any time. There are two ways to do it.

Option 1 — Delete it in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect immediately.

Open the HomeRox Loyalty App and sign in with your mobile number.
Go to Profile using the last tab in the bottom navigation bar.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Read what will be removed, tick the acknowledgement, and type DELETE to confirm.
Tap Delete My Account. Your account is removed and you are signed out.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete it

If you have uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, email us and we will delete the account for you.

Include: the mobile number registered with your account

We verify the request before deleting anything, so we may send a one-time password to that number. We will confirm within [30] days.

What gets deleted

Your name, mobile number, city and profile photo
Your points balance, including any unredeemed points
Your scan history and app preferences
Your referral code and any pending referrals

What we have to keep

Some records must be retained even after your account is deleted, because Indian tax, audit and fraud-prevention law requires it. These are kept without your name or contact details attached:

Redemption and payment records — kept for [8] years
Coupon validation records, so a used coupon cannot be claimed again

Before you delete

Unredeemed points are forfeited and cannot be restored. If you have a points balance, consider redeeming it before deleting your account. Deleting is permanent — we cannot recover the account or the points afterwards, even if you register again with the same mobile number.
